Presentation

      We are aware of the fact that research, professional training and communication are fundamental pillars in order to undertake specific tasks aimed at giving the necessary support to the improvement of the quality of life of people with disabilities or in situation of dependence and their families. That is why PRODE, the University of Cordoba and the Universitary Institute for Community Integration (INICO) are organizing the I International Congress on Comprehensive Attention to Disability and Dependence and the IV Technical Conference of PRODE, held biannually.

      Our aim is that the Congress helps as platform to spread and update information and knowledge, to share experiences and to build synergies with regard to disability and dependence between all agents and entities which are committed to this group.

      A wide and heterogeneous range of professionals will take part and discuss about the complicated situation of this group of people that has special issues to reach the desired levels of quality of life for every citizen.
